The NC Fossil Club held their September meeting on Sunday, September 21st at 1:30 pm. The speaker was Linda McCall current NCFC Vice President, Past President, North Carolina Fossil Club, 2012 - 2017, Research Fellow - University of Texas at Austin.
Her topic was: Fossil Oysters Radiate Color Patterns. This is an expanded version of a talk given at the GSA conference last year, discussing research on colors revealed by UV light in specimens found here in North Carolina and across the US.
